medical coding training courses

I want to study about medical coding training courses in the United States. But those wishes remain a dream until now. It is a very impossible dream since I have no resources in which I could find money to spend for the air fare and traveling expenses. Maybe those things will remain in my dreams forever. But still I don’t lose hope.
